It is his dedicated natural deep interest to his work and the vast experience of 25 years in tea-testing that has helped him to achieve an important place amongst one of the top tea tasters in India. He is a renowned member of the Federation of All India Tea Traders Association (FAITTA). Mr. Pramod Pareek, younger brother of Mr.Damodar Pareek, has been Director Sales & Marketing of the Black Mati Tea since 2004. He has got more than 20 years of excellent experience in sales & marketing. Gifted with the same noble qualities as his elder brother, Mr. Pramod Pareek with his dynamic ideas and innovative marketing skills has been a huge boost to the growth of the company.
Always ready to welcome new challenges, he has been instrumental in leading the entire sales to new heights. Known for his exemplary hard work, Mr. Pramod Pareek keeps working tirelessly round-the-clock to constantly keep up the excellent levels of sales and marketing. It is a matter of amazing pride that he is capable of leading a mammoth team of employees with complete efficiency and discipline. He is well aware of the fact that customer satisfaction is the greatest factor in taking a business to tower heights. Mrs. Ruchi Pareek, the wife of Mr. Damodar Pareek has efficiently been functioning as the Director Finance of the Black Masti Team since 2010. Perfectly qualified and fully experienced with 8 years of work in finance, she is naturally gifted with the ability to take quick decisions regarding the financial matters of the company. Under her youthful financial acumen, the Company has been thriving by leaps and bounds. With a lot of keen care, she looks after the entire supply chain at Black Masti team from procurement of raw material till marketing of the products.

Mrs. Rajni Pareek, the wife of Mr. Pramod Pareek, is the operational Head of Black Masti team. She has expertise in operational work. she is the youngest in the team and the latest asset to the Black Masti Team. Mrs. Rajani Pareek has practical expertise has filled the whole Black Masti Team with the ability to move ahead inexorably towards the higher goals.
